Review by hotel critic
During our family vacation at Barone Gr Macri Agriturismo Modi Villa, we were delighted to discover a true haven of tranquillity amidst the rolling mountains and lush fruit trees. The secluded location, just a short drive from the historic towns of Gerace and Locri, offered us a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. The hotel's family-friendly amenities and activities made our stay truly memorable. Our kids loved visiting the animals on the farm and indulging in gelato from the on-site store. The spacious sitting room, filled with books on the area's history, provided a cozy spot for evening relaxation. One highlight was the on-site restaurant, where we savored delectable dishes crafted from farm-fresh ingredients. The farm's produce, including cheeses, olive oil, and honey, offered a true farm-to-fork experience that we couldn't resist taking home with us. The property's wine release events, winery tours, and vineyard added a touch of sophistication to our countryside retreat. With both WiFi and private parking available, Barone Gr Macri Agriturismo Modi Villa catered to all our needs with grace and charm. Our family is already looking forward to returning to this peaceful paradise in the heart of nature.
